Fayetteville Heating & Air Conditioning Contractors, INC opened February 14th 1994, founded by Howard B. Packer, Bennie R Packer, Kenneth R Packer and Sandra H. Packer. Fayetteville Heating & Air is family owned and operated serving Fayetteville, NC and surrounding area. We heat & cool everything from Outhouses to Penthouses, specialist in Multi Family Housing & Residential Replacement & Service. We are a Bryant Heating & Cooling authorized dealer, however we service all makes and models. Why should I perform preventative maintenance?

Do you offer service agreements? How do they work?

Yes we offer an Energy Savings Agreement, in this agreement we come and service your HVAC unit bi-annually. During this service your technician will do the following: Clean & adjust burner assembly Clean ignition assembly Clean heat exchanger or elements Monitor flue draft Monitor refrigerant pressures Test starting capabilities Test safety controls Clean or replace air filters Clean and adjust blower components Measure for correct air flow Tighten electrical connections Measure volts/amps Test/Adjust thermostat calibration Clean evaporator coils/ Clean condenser coils Clean condensate drains Measure temperature difference
